dusk.jpg'Recovered Light', a cutting-edge digital art light installation' by International digital light artist Mark Downie (of The OpenEnded Group based in New York), on to York Minster's Great East Window (The largest window of medieval stained glass in the world, and oft known as 'the Sistine Chapel' of the stained glass world...and currently undergoing a £23 million restoration programme), which will be launched to the public on the 6th January 2007. The installation is the pinnacle of a campaign to highlight the contemporary and historical culture in York.
